On the occasion of what would have been his 108th birthday, I’m proud, and privileged, to publish today the second and final part of my biography of Medal of Honor recipient MSgt. Joseph Sarnoski.
I took some time off after publishing the first part last June 16, on the anniversary of the mission on which he was killed, and for which he was awarded the Medal of Honor. But I wanted to be able to honor his birthday with the completed biography. It was a much busier home stretch than expected, but I’m happy to have managed it.
I believe it is the most comprehensive biography of Joe available anywhere. I will augment it as needed as more information becomes available.
